Abstract

The technical performance of the game depends on the player’s special physical fitness. Therefore, handball players must have a high physical ability to carry out their duties on the field. Performing various movements and skill duties requires speed in performance during competitions. In addition, direct contact with the opponent to obtain the ball requires special strength, which The importance of the research has already become clear that the game of handball requires high intensity and for a relatively long period of time and therefore requires a high amount of force endurance according to the need of the working muscles and the need to give relative strength exercises, and this age group is of particular importance in order to bring the player to the level that contributes to performing the correct technique in the face of situations and variables. Playing while It appears through the accuracy of shooting in different periods of play. The problem of the research was through following up on developments in the game of handball in general and the development occurring in the skill of jumping shooting in particular at the local level and because of its impact on the outcome of the match. The researcher noted that the technical level of this skill It is not consistent with the development taking place in the field of sports training and the field of handball, and there is a weakness and great fluctuation among players in the level of accuracy of performance with the skill of shooting from jumping. Therefore, the researcher sought to use relative strength exercises to develop some biokinetic variables and the accuracy of the skill of shooting from jumping for young handball players. As for the research objectives Preparing exercises for the relative strength to develop some biokinetic variables and the accuracy of the handball jumping shooting skill for youth, and identifying the statistical differences between the pre- and post-tests for some biokinetic variables and the accuracy of the handball jumping shooting skill for youth. The research hypothesis was that there are statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-tests and in favor of the post-tests. The researcher chose the experimental approach (with a single group design) because it is the most appropriate method for solving the research problem. The researcher identified the research community in an intentional way, and they represent the players of the Al-Nasr Handball Club in Dhi Qar Governorate, who number (11) players, where (4) players were chosen from the community. The research was conducted to conduct the exploratory experiment and (7) players representing the research sample, with a percentage of (63.63%) from the original population, and one of the most important conclusions is that relative strength exercises led to the development of some biokinetic variables for youth handball players.
