Culture has a significant impact on the student’s social, motor, and athletic behavior as a result of behavior. Bullying of an individual expresses the weakness of his cultural and social level. The research problem focused on that ratio Bullying individuals are increasing and thus the number of victims is increasing, as bullying behavior negatively affects the school environment because it contributes to forming an unsafe environment in schools, and the environment in which the individual lives greatly affects him and influences the building of his personality. The research aimed to build and codify a school bullying scale to identify the level of school bullying among secondary school students from the point of view of physical education teachers. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the style of standard studies due to its suitability and the nature of the current study. The most important conclusions reached by the researcher is that the school bullying scale that was builtValid for measuring this phenomenon among students in the third intermediate and sixth grades.
