In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed and its validity and reliability were confirmed, and then distributed to the study sample consisting of (350) male and female employees at the Iraqi University of Tikrit in a random manner. The study showed some results, the most prominent of which is the presence of a statistically significant effect at the significance level (α≤0.05) of the level of self-disclosure in its dimensions (duration, depth, breadth) on job integration among employees at the Iraqi University of Tikrit. Also, there is an effect of visionary leadership as a mediating variable on the relationship between self-disclosure and job integration. The study recommended the need for Iraqi universities to pay more attention to enhancing the positive aspects of self-disclosure, and to increase interest in feedback and performance appraisal of employees. Their can be done by providing the opportunity for employees to express their opinions freely.
