This study aims to measure the impact of edge computing technology on the performance of the leagile supply chain, by applying it to a sample of employees at the Middle Refineries Company. The study was based on a research problem represented by the limited clarity regarding the nature of the impact of edge computing technology on leagile supply chain performance, within a business environment characterized by increasing change and complexity. The researcher adopted the descriptive-analytical approach, and the study was applied to a sample of 150 employees working at the Middle Refineries Company. The study used SPSS V.28, AMOS V.26, and Microsoft Excel 2010 to analyze the data and test the study hypotheses, relying on a set of statistical methods, including the weighted arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, Pearson correlation coefficient, regression analysis, and T-test and F-test. The results revealed a significant correlation and significant effect between edge computing technology and leagile supply chain performance. The findings also indicated that adopting edge computing technology contributes to enhancing the efficiency, flexibility, and responsiveness of the leagile supply chain to environmental changes, thereby supporting superior performance and the sustainability of competitive advantage. In light of these findings, the study recommends enhancing the adoption of edge computing technology and developing supply chain management practices in ways that contribute to improving performance and effectively and efficiently adapting to environmental changes.
