THE IMPACT OF CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP ON REDUCING ORGANIZATIONAL ANEOMY-AN ANALYTICAL STUDY / IN THE GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATION IN DIYALA - DIYALA GOVERNORATE
Abstract
This research aims to determine the impact of conscious leadership, as an independent variable with its dimensions (self-awareness, awareness of others, and situational awareness), on reducing organizational aneomy, as a dependent variable with its dimensions (organizational non-normativity, job cynicism, lack of organizational values, and weak organizational justice). The researchers adopted the descriptive analytical method in analyzing and interpreting the data. A questionnaire was used as the measurement tool to collect data and information. It included (40) items distributed to a purposive sample of (138) individuals representing senior and middle management in the General Directorate of Education in Diyala. Of these, (133) questionnaires were valid for analysis. The researchers also adopted a set of statistical methods to analyze the data, including (the extracted mean variance, composite reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, confirmatory factor analysis, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and simple linear regression). Multiple linear regression, Z-test) and using some ready-made statistical programs, namely (Amos v.26, SPSS v.28), were used to reach a set of results, the most prominent of which was the existence of a significant effect of conscious leadership in reducing organizational agnosia. Thus, adopting conscious leadership in the General Directorate of Education of Diyala is of great importance to be used in reducing organizational agnosia. The research concludes with a set of recommendations that would enhance the strengths and address the weaknesses in the organization under study.
