Abstract

In current study, 29 clinical isolates Salmonella typhi were collected from different Private laboratories in Diyala. The results showed that 29 isolates belonged s. typhi based on phenotypic, implantation and biochemical tests, as well as molecular diagnostics of the 16SrRNA gene using PCR technology.
