Abstract

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Master of Messengers and upon his family and all his companions: As for what follows: Scholars have left many works, some of which have reached us, some of which have been lost and we have no trace of them, while others have been referred to in subsequent works. Among these works is the book (Anecdotes) by Hisham Al-Razi. In order to reveal these lost works and bring them back into existence, I chose the title of my research and named it (Narrations of Hisham al-Razi (d. 221 AH) related to Hajj issues in the Book of Anecdotes / A Comparative Jurisprudential Study), which included an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion. As for the introduction, it included the research problem and its importance. The first topic: defining Hisham’s anecdotes, and it contains two requirements. As for the second topic: does it include Hajj issues? It contains three issues.
