THE IMPACT OF LEADERSHIP METHODS AND SKILLS IN IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The study aims to investigate the impact of leadership methods and skills in improving the efficiency of knowledge management, in a number of private companies in Iraq, by relying on the descriptive analytical approach, and on the questionnaire as a tool to complete the procedures of the field study, The study sample included 386 simple random samples of workers in the private Iraqi companies under study. and several results were reached, including: There is a significant impact of leadership styles and skills in improving the efficiency of knowledge management. There are no significant differences between the average responses to the impact of leadership styles and skills in improving knowledge management efficiency depending on the number of years of experience. The study recommends the necessity of relying on modern administrative methods, moving towards updating leadership ideas in private Iraqi companies to ensure keeping pace with contemporary developments, and enhancing the efficiency of knowledge management to ensure the development of private Iraqi companies and achieving their goals.
