DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION PROCEDURES AND ITS IMPACT ON JOB DESSERTIFICATION INDICATORS: AN APPLIED STUDY AT THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH HEADQUARTERS

Aims to find out the extent of the impact of digital transformation procedures in the Iraqi Ministry of Health - Human and Financial Resources Department through the basic axes represented by (innovation and transformation culture, providing information technology infrastructure, training and development of human resources, ensuring data protection) and the extent of their impact on indicators of job desertification through the basic axes represented by (misuse of resources, excessive bureaucracy, chaos at work, job paralysis). The study population was represented by the Iraqi Ministry of Health - Human and Financial Resources Department. The sample was identified in two layers: the first represented employees under the supervision of senior and middle management, numbering (250) employees, and the second represented the sample of managers, numbering (14) managers. To achieve the hypothesis testing, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and relied on personal interviews, the initial examination list, and the questionnaire form as a tool for data collection, as well as field visits, direct observation, and collecting a lot of data through diagnosing the actual reality of the researched organization. To achieve this, two main hypotheses were formulated, from which (8) sub-hypotheses branched, and were tested using the SPSS program and a set of statistical methods (simple regression coefficient, multiple linear regression, (2) test).
